The benefits package comprises not only a major part of your total compensation, but also an important personal benefit. Medical / Dental / Vision

Employees are offered the choice of four medical plan options through CareFirst with a generous company contribution. We also cover 100% of the dental (Delta Dental) and vision (VSP) premiums for you and your dependents.

401k offers participation in the sponsored 401(k) plan to all eligible employees. The company will make a 3% contribution and in addition, will make a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution up to 3%, with immediate vesting.

Time-Off (PTO / Holidays)

All employees receive 11 holidays per year and accrue 20 days of Paid Time Off each year.

Professional Development & Tuition Reimbursement is committed to the professional development of its staff and provides financial assistance up to $5,250 annually to eligible employees for relevant degree programs; there is an unlimited training budget for certifications, seminars, non-degreed classes, etc.
