BigBear More Than Doubles Growth in Defense Market, Opens New Office in Virginia and Expands Other Locations Across US
SAN DIEGO and WASHINGTON Aug. 13, 2018 —BigBear Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based big data analytics solutions for government and commercial customers, today announced it achieved more than 220 percent revenue growth last year and is on track to gain another 50 percent boost to revenue by the end of this year. As a result of this success, the company has expanded its commercial real estate footprint by 8,000 square feet, a 300 percent increase in its presence across the U.S., by opening a new office in Reston, Virginia, and expanding its office locations in Charlottesville, Virginia, and San Diego, California.

In Virginia, BigBear has established a three-year lease for its new 2,600-square-foot office at 12007 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 460, in Reston, and expanded its office location at 1001 Research Park Blvd., Suite 304, in Charlottesville, to 3,700 square feet. The company is maintaining its headquarters office at 4655 Executive Drive, Suite 200, in San Diego, California, where it has also expanded its space to now occupy 5,500 square feet. Growth in these locations is enabling the company, its executives and technical teams to gain closer collaboration with customers within the Department of Defense in the areas of big data, machine learning and data science.
